Rochard is the type of game that will hit or miss anyone who comes near it. I find it literally impossible to think that someone would look at this game and say anything other than, “This game was great” or, “This game was terrible”. Because of that, it's hard to truly review it.
King Arthur 2 (sequel to Paradox Interactive's King Arthur) will be doing a beta test which you can sign up for. Isn't that awesome? You get to sign up for the beta of the sequel of one of Paradox's greatest games! If I were you, I'd feel pretty special. We're serious, check it out.
MonkeyPaw Games has come out with a press release concerning their newest title, Vanguard Bandits, a game about giant robot bandits. The game is a PSX classic that we're glad is coming to the PS3's virtual PSX console thing that they do (it's really complicated). It'll be a nice addition to the list of PSX games found in the store and I personally am pretty excited for it.
Rochard, the game about a miner who bends gravity, will be moving to Steam. While it was originally intended as a PS3 exclusive release (that would run around $15 dollars), it is now being sold on Steam at $10. It will be released on November 15th.
Riot has announced two big new changes that will be added into League Of Legends this week. The first is a new champion. Stitch (also known as Experiment 626) will be joining the league. For more information on that, please go to The League Of Legends Home-Page.
I told my editor about a month ago that I intended to start doing a segment where I reviewed the worst games in existence. He approved the idea and told me to get to it as soon as possible. The only issue was, I had absolutely no motivation to hunt down terrible games and play them. However, after a wonderful little chat concerning my paychecks and how I may not be seeing any more until I got to work on this section, I decided to hop to it.
Not to be outdone by its past self, Steel Battalion Heavy Armor has just made it perfectly clear that it will also be confusing to control. According to this super sweet gameplay video, this game will require Kinect and a controller.
Anyone who is even the slightest bit adament about Minecraft has heard the word: The incredibly popular PC game is coming to the Xbox 360. However, news related to when has been hard to come by, until now.
The acclaimed indie game Orcs Must Die is receiving some beautiful new DLC. This new pack that's selling for a reasonable $2.49 is offering players some sweet new ways to kill orcs.
That's right, that game I previously reviewed (Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken) is now out for the masses. It's a great game and, if my review didn't already convince you it's worth checking out, maybe Ratloop Asia's opinion will.
